2. Platform Role
HelpJo provides an online marketplace where users can post, search, and respond to service listings. We are an intermediary only. We do not employ service providers, verify credentials unless explicitly stated, guarantee service completion, or handle payments between parties.

- You must conduct your own due diligence before engaging with any service provider or client.
- You are solely responsible for agreeing on terms, pricing, and payment with the other party.
- You must not use the platform to harass, scam, or harm other users.
4. Safety
We strongly recommend meeting in public places, verifying identity before sharing personal information, and using secure, traceable payment methods. HelpJo is not liable for any harm, loss, or damage arising from interactions between users.
5. Payments
All payment arrangements are between the parties involved. HelpJo does not process, hold, or guarantee any payments. Disputes about payment are between the user and service provider.
6. Content & Listings
You retain ownership of content you post. By posting on HelpJo, you grant us a licence to display your content on the platform. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms or our community guidelines.
7. Moderation
We may suspend or ban accounts that violate these terms. Users may report listings, users, and reviews through the platform. Final moderation decisions are at our discretion.
8. Limitation of Liability
HelpJo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, HelpJo and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform or services arranged through it.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
